Yoga is a gentle and powerful tool for releasing tension from your body, mind and soul.

  • Mondays - Beginner/Intermediate Level

  • Tuesdays - Yoga in Pregnancy

  • Wednesdays - Beginner Level

  • Thursdays - Beginner Level

If you or your group would like to host a Yoga class please contact Caroline to arrange this.

For all classes please wear loose comfortable clothing.

Please bring a mat and a blanket to the class (except Yoga for Pregnancy Class where both are available to borrow free of charge).  Mats are for sale at £8 subject to availability.
