Kids Yoga

Child-sized portions of yoga are great for kids to have
lots of fun learning the basics of yoga. It keeps them fit and flexible, improves strength and stamina and helps them get in touch with the still quiet space within.

Yoga classes are age and ability specific, following the ever changing needs of children as they grow and develop.

Many schools now recognise the benefits of regular yoga practice for children and offer it as part of the curriculum or as an after school or lunch club activity.
